As a teenager, Jennifer Kramer struggled with acne and tried numerous treatments and products over the years- including regular facials, dry ice therapy, cortisone shots, and Accutane- nothing worked. Because of this, she decided to dedicate her life to increasing 'confidence through clarity', and in 1996 - Corrective Skincare LA was born. ​ With more than 27 years experience, she has a specific focus on acne, scarring and hyper-pigmentation, and she has a vast knowledge of chemical therapy for problem skin of all skin types and ethnic backgrounds.​

Hannah Land grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and made the move to Santa Monica in 2016. After suffering from severe acne as a pre-adolescent and well into her adult years she decided it was time to pursue her passions of skincare and become a licensed esthetician. Hannah prides herself in educating her clients about how the skin works, explaining what skincare products are actually doing for their skin, and setting realistic goals to get long-lasting, healthy skin. In Hannah's free time you can catch her taking a hot yoga class, making green smoothies, playing with her English Bulldog "Poppy" and "Mac" or indulging in a midday nap.

Dane Miller grew up in Santa Barbara and spent most of her young adult life living in San Francisco, before moving to Los Angeles in 2022. Throughout her life, Dane struggled with acne, which helped her discover her passion for skincare. After numerous treatments, products, and lifestyle changes she was able to finally clear her skin after becoming a Licensed Esthetician. She is eager to help others through their own skincare journey to gain clear and healthy skin! In Dane’s free time you can find her teaching Lagree Fitness classes, cooking with her friends, and spending time outdoors.

Cynthya Gerhardt was born and raised in Los Angeles. She discovered her passion for skincare at a young age, driven by her personal struggles with skin issues. As soon as she began Esthetician School, everything fell into place, and Cynthya realized she had chosen the perfect career. With a strong passion for helping others, Cynthya is enthusiastic about helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin, drawing inspiration from her own experiences. Outside of work, Cynthya enjoys long walks, photography, and indulging in baking.

Amanda Sutherland grew up in Palm Springs, eventually moving to Los Angeles in 2019. Her own personal struggle with acne in her earlier years led her to discovering the power of a personalized skincare routine, boosting her self-confidence. Now, as Front Concierge Manager, Amanda is dedicated to instilling this same confidence in others and creating a warm, inclusive, and genuinely kind atmosphere for all CSLA visitors. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys borrowing books and movies from the library, learning new languages, and writing short stories.

Anne moved to Los Angeles all the way from Glasgow, Scotland back in 1982, thinking it would be a wonderful 6-month temporary job/getaway. One drive along PCH and she decided to stay! Anne started as a makeup artist but has always been interested in skincare and wellness. She's a juicing enthusiast, loves to travel, ride her bike, watch true crime and has recently reconnected with her love of painting. Oh, and she also has a slight obsession with interior design! Anne spends her free time with her husband Massimo and her sweet little Westie Winnie and she believes there's nothing better than deliberately getting lost in a new city.

Demetra, originally hailing from the East Coast, found her way to Los Angeles in 2011 in pursuit of warmer weather. Having struggled with acne as a teenager, she developed a passion for skincare. Her mother played a pivotal role in nurturing this fascination, generously sharing her own skincare secrets and pampering Demetra with Korean-style facials right at home. Today, Demetra extends her heartfelt empathy to those on a similar journey, offering guidance and support to help them achieve clear skin. In her free time, she loves to get cozy on the couch binging HGTV or enjoying a sunny walk with her dog Olive.

Janna Bossier is a native of Louisiana but the West Coast was calling her name. Skincare has always been in the back of her mind as something she wanted to pursue. She is passionate about helping others reach their skincare goals and in addition to her role as Administrative Coordinator, Janna is also a Licensed Esthetician. She is passionate about helping others reach their skincare goals and is excited to see you at the front desk in Santa Monica soon! ​ Outside of CSLA, Janna can be found hunting for LA's best donut, enjoying a Hydrow or trampoline workout, meditating, learning about energy work, or watching the latest true-crime series. ​ Fun fact about Janna for all you Harry Potter lovers: she is a Gryffindor and her Patronus is a white stallion.
